hi
I'm writing for my daughter whose computer at startup shows $ signs and when it gets
to desktop all the icons blend into each other. She was able to finally click on
norton anti virus and it did nothing. She had an old version of adaware woefully
out of date and that didn't help either. I would appreciate any advice on how to
get rid of this adware. Thanks
