Dan, thanks so much for helping and this is the error I get when I try to run Internet
explorer, or my msn home page. Error Signature Appname iexplor.exe Appver 6.029002180
Mod Name Kernel32.dll Modver 5.1.2600.2180 Offset 00118024. I did try to sfc/scannow
with my blue disc , but I get a box in the middle of the screen that says windows
could not find sfc/scannow ..
