Proven solution for deleting "Microsoft Tun
Miniport Adapter #2"
run regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Cont
rol\Class\
browse through those names like
{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002bE10318}
* might not be the same as mine, but...
go through the 0000, 0001, ... and notice the
right panel for "DriverDesc" matches "Microsoft
Tun Miniport Adapter",
the second one is the "Microsoft Tun Miniport
Adapter #2"
delete the whole folder of it and then u can
uninstall "Microsoft Tun Miniport Adapter #2" in
your device manager.
