M.Wallice:  What are you saying?  

The best solution for me is touncheck the autohide.  Taskbar still hides.  It's also 
more responsive to the cursor, popping back up quicker than when autohide is checked. 
 May just be some fluke on my system.  Taskbar still hesitates sometimes.  Taskbar 
Activate did othing for me.
