I have a computer that I am using till I can get mine. It has 4gig HD, and the person
that gave this to me installed Win XP Prol .It constantly shows low disk . I need
to delete 200MB of files. Can you. I read what to do for windows 98 and I am not
sure what previous OS was used. I need to know what I can safely delete. I have
gotten rid of all programs that I could. I use this for research on the internet
only. How do i turn off windows update. It started showing low disk space after the
updates started. I could not update win service pk 2. I do not store vital information
in the system so I am not so worried about this. I need this for important research
for an often fatal disease. Sorry I could not keep this short. I used Nortons and
other than that I only have the programs I need to surf the net.
