With office, when a new user is put on a computer it has to create an office profile for it. You know first time you start word it asks you for name and initials. Well what is happening in each user is you probably need to put in the Office CD and let the installer go through. AFter that it should work. the SQL error same thing is happening to me. It seems to happen after you do a system restore. Im going to try reinstall business contact manager -which i had installed before the restore point -> maybe it uses sql or something. This is the setup for this problem is usually Office installed SP2 installed User does a system restore and it happends. I dont know how to fix this one yet im looking too.
