It is not recommended to run two anti-virus programs as they will conflict with each 
other.  You can run more than one firewall, but it is kinda redundant.  Find a good 
firewall that will monitor both incoming and outgoing traffic and you should be ok. 
 If your using Broadband, you could also opt for a router for added protection.
