I am trying to set up the IPX protocol on my home lan for playing Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2. Specs: Two computers, both running WinXP SP2 One computer wireless, other connected via Ethernet to wireless router I have installed the IPX/SPX protocol on both computers, and have tried it with the frame type set to both Ethernet 802.2 and Ethernet 802.3. I've tried it with the computers' network numbers set the same, and set different. None of these things has allowed me to successfully "Test DirectPlay" for IPX in dxdiag, or connect the computers within Red Alert 2. Thoughts? Thanks.

This is where the signature goes. I don't have a signature.
