windows not showing in task bar Sunday, May 29, 2005 at 7:42 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by emily (2 messages posted) The part of the task bar on the bottom of the screen showing which programs are open has gone, but the "quick launch" bar and language bar are still there. This means the only way i can move between open windows is by using alt+tab. If i right click on the taskbar and get rid of the quick launch bar and the language bar, the taskbar disappears altogether. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with my taskbar!? If i cant fix it i will either have to continue using alt+tab indefinitely or reinstall windows.
