Yes thanks Mac..Done all that but it still shows the drive as 25Gb. I recently did a format of drive C and maybe I did something wrong..I did hear that windows has probs recognising big drives, but 80 Gb isnt a big drive. I also have probs with xp not shutting down now, and auto update in windows doesnt work properly either. Oh the joys of computers. Thanks mate Dan
