Go to Control Panel - Internet Options. Select Delete Files, and then click on settings.
Click on View Objects and delete everything that is listed (if they are needed again
they will reinstall when you reach a website that needs them). Click on View Files
(in the same area as view objects) and delete everything in there. Restart your computer
and see if the buttons show up now.
