The image is a jpeg saved in a folder I keep a lot of images in. I have had it as
my wallpaper for months. I have tried setting it as wallpaper from this location
many times with no luck. Origionaly, I used the browse option in the desktop properties
to set it. I was using WindowsBlinds for about a month with no problem, then this
happened. I deleted WB and ran Adaware, SpyBot, CWS, and did a complete scan with
AVG anti-virus. The browse window is still frozen. I am moderately capable, but this
has me stumped. Could there be an entry in the Registry causing this? Remember the
wallpaper comes up on bootup then dissapears.
