Hi Barbara!
I also have shuttleX and xp.
Im not sure if you have solved your problem by now (i hope!!) Well I woke this morning
with the sound gone on my pc grrrr (i have had this b4 and it ended up with hugh
symons taking my pc for 3 weeks!!!)
Anyway, I went into control panel, then audio etc, then speakers and went to advanced
under volume and something called wave was right down. hmmm i wonder what this is
for so i turned it up a bit and hey presto sound!!! Well i never! Strange things
these pcs, why it decided to turn it down i dont know! but the problem is solved
! YEY!!
