I discovered the solution. Go to regedit. Then delete these keys :
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution
Options\iexplorer.exe
and
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution
Options\explorer.exe
3. Reboot.
