But not completly. fixed my original Recycle Bin connection and works now again :-) The new "folder" looks alike the original Recycle Bin, but is a mixture of the Bin and a normal folder(Renaming, sharing,...) Does not show "full" (bin icon does not change), only empty. Does no more use \Recycled. Where is C:\recycled gone now?
