I have outlook express 6 and office 97..I tried the one problem solver to copy the
file from my cd ...but it did not work I still got the error message......THEN I
found this wonderful web site....
I did this and it worked I down loaded the CSAPI3T1.DLL from here http://www2.whidbey.net/djdenham/csapi3t1.htm
I copied it and put it on my desk top. Then I just went to my
c:\program files\ outlook express
and I opened the outlook express folder (another way to find this is to go to start
then search for files and folders and search for outlook express in the C drive
it will bring up a few folders you will need the Yellow folder you can double click
it to open it) dragged the CSAPI3T1.DLL folder into the outlook folder (or highlight
by putting the mouse on the CSAPI3T1.DLL folder then right click and cut) then you
can go to the outlook folder and right click and paste it in the outlook folder ....IT
WORKED LIKE A CHARM. FOR ME ...
