Select Start > Run · In the Open: line type regedit and press Enter. · Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall on the right panel highlight kazaa listing and delete that easy.
