Bright Video Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 11:11 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Adam (2 messages posted) I'm having a problem with the appearance of my video. The colors, brightness and contrast of my desktop appear fine, but when I play a video it looks as if I've set the media player to brightness level 100%. I just formatted my harddrive and reinstalled all the updated drivers. I also installed the same codec packs I used just prior to formatting my computer. Before I formatted my HD I had no problem playing videos. What's really bizarre is my dvds appear normal when I play them in the internal dvd rom. Any suggestions?
