Question about 'Identifying the programs that Windows runs at boot'

I have a major annoyance that occurs everytime I start up my computer. For some unknown reason, the System32 folder opens at every startup. I have read everything I can find in this forum, but apparently no one else has this problem. I've searched my startup folder - nothing. I've searched through the registry, but can't find anything that I'm willing to touch without being positive about what I'm doing. So if anyone can tell me how to stop the System32 folder from opening up everytime I start my computer, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance, Breizh
