No closer to solving this ... Starting to believe it might even be a number of problems I no longer run Norton Anti Virus Corp Edit and that seems to help a little bit ... Still getting it sometimes ... Now its more when I file tries to be saved and the save dialog pops up ... it takes ages to pop up ... Not sure if this is a firefox thunderbird or explorer (windows not ie) issue ...
