re: sound device error Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at 12:08 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Modi (3 messages posted) I tried the solution using swenum.inf and swenum.sys as to the problem of no audio with Realtek AC'97 after installing SP2.....and it worked perfectly. How come the techs in HP, Realtek and Microsoft DID NOT KNOW how to solve it?? But Mike knew??
