Transparent Icon text
I'm new to WinXP and I'd like my Icon test (labels) on my desk top to have the little
blue box back ground. Currently they don't have it so I am guessing the these are
in "Transparent Icon Text" . They come this way with Win XP whereas in Win 98 and
ME they had the blue labels. If that is what this thread is about then, does any
body know how to get the blue label format? Or tell me what subject I should search
for.

Thanks.
