It sounds like it cannot see the hard drive to boot from, or it is not trying to 
boot from the hard drive.

You will have to go into your BIOS to check some things.   Check the boot order. 
 Remove any reference to "LAN boot ", or at the very least, make it last on the list. 
 Make sure the hard drive is one of the choices.  A good booting order is:
Optical drive (CD or DVD), Floppy, Hard Drive, and LAN would be last if you can't 
remove it completely.

Now that you are in the BIOS, make sure that it recognizes the hard drive.  Perhaps 
BIOS can't see it because of bad connection, or bad cable, or some other reason, 
such as hard drive itself going bad.

Check and clean the connections to the cables and hard drive.

Check to see if there are any upgrades for the BIOS available from the manufacturer.

Let us know if any of these ideas help.
