Right -- I got zero response from TweakXP Forum, so I thought I'd try here. Ironically,
I got a response here only because of the TweakXP message.

How can I be the only one to have this problem while I have it on two machines?
One habit that I have which might have something to do with it is: I never bring
up the Start bar/menu by bumping the side of the screen. I have turned off that
annoying feature. I always bring it up using the Windows button. I don't actually
have a Windows on button on my ThinkPad so what I actually do is:

- Set the Registry to remap Caps Lock to be the Windows button.
- Use PowerPro to map a double right click to be {win}{win}.
