First thing to try is to uninstall the DVD burner program, shutdown, reboot, install
the DVD burner program. See if that clears it up. If not, please post hardware/software
information:
What OS
What make/model DVD burner
What program are you using to burn with
Do you have the correct DVD media for your burner. Some support +r (most), some support
-R (less) and some support both (few but growing).
