XP Modem Issue Thursday, July 14, 2005 at 3:41 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Dave (18 messages posted) I recently went from ME to XP on my computer and now I can not get the modem working (dial up). I have ever tried another modem and still nothing. I installed a full install of Windows XP (SP2) OEM. I am getting a 633 error message but there is nothing else using the modem. This error is driving me crazy and I have tried everything I can think of. Does anyone have any suggestions?
