As the subject implies, when I checked ipconfig, I found out that a MS Loopback Adapter
had 10.254.254.254 as its IP and so perhaps all requests to my site goes to it. The
loopback adapter could have been created when a game was recently installed.

A problem though: when I disable the loopback adapter, access to the site is okay;
when I enable it again, access is lost again. Any help how I can enable the loopback
adapter and yet still access the site? Maybe the IP of my site was erroneously added
to the loopback's sort of "blacklisted site list".

Thanks!
