control panel, internet explorer Thursday, July 14, 2005 at 6:35 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by shaun (2 messages posted) first off i have admin access to my user account, but i am restricted for some reason and can't figure out how to get it back. i created a new account and have access but for some reason i don't anymore on my first account. i checked every setting possible i think and made sure things were checked or unchecked. solution anyone?? also my internet explorer is messed up and i can't figure out what the deal is. i click on a link and a new window shows up but i have to click stop then refresh to get the page to load. anyone got an answer for me on how to fix that? thanks.
