hi everyone,
i'm using a 256MB DDR RAM with windows xp professional, i was thinking of adding
some memory, but by checking my system i found out that i always have some free ram.
of course my computer is using the pagefile, what i wonder is if i put a 512MB RAM
it will speed up my system. how do you think?
plus, if i have a 256 DDR RAM, what if i add just another 256MB to make it 512? i
know there are some problems of this kind, that's why i'm asking.
DDR+DIMM doesn't work together, so how about 2 of the same kind? and..what's the
difference between DDR and DIMM?
thanks in advance for your help!
