I burnt a CD of my documents in case the computer crashes, first used CD-RW, I couldn't view it on another computer. It just wouldn't open the files. Then I used CD-R, this showed everything ok, text, images, except files that were on Microsoft Works spreadsheet or Word Pad. On these there were lines of little white boxes (I don't know what they're called) instead of letters. Can anybody tell me what could cause this? I had to print a couple of important documents.
