Forumembers! You people are the greatest of all time! Annoyances is the greatest!! Oh, I own the Book! BUT, I am still the dummy! = I do not always state my case CLEARLY! ..i.e.: I originally had Win98SE and installed SoundBlasterLive 5.1. Everything was everything; kule...Then I Upgraded to XPHome, and alas, discovered SoundBlasterLive did not function too well: (flashboxes indicated file corruption blurbs, "could not locate", ad nauseum) So, I UNinstalled MOST of what I could locate of SoundBlasterLive, [mistake!] and tried to do a "clean" re-install. BUT this is where my glitch appeared. The SoundBlaster CD would NOT install, despite other AddPrograms CDs functioning just fine! I tried the XP, Add and Remove, AutoPlay; tried dragging open CDRW files to nearby temp(ad hoc) tree-folders, but Nothing would allow the durned SoundBlaster CD to install. I really goofed up, didn't I? ...This Preview reads more betterer. I am much too hasty with werdz, and don't talk goodly mostly, but I try to get it acrost.
