Hello i also had this problem . You see there is a file in windows Xp called SVCHOST.exe
i thought it was a virus cause it really takes up the memory. So what you need to
do is replace it back into c:\windows\system32 file.
Also the admin password is normally just blank so just press enter because its NOT
the same as your windows password.
