I tried right-clicking the icon in Start/All Programs/Accessories/Notepad, but the Properties window shows Shortcut Key=None. Then I did a search for all occurrences of *notepad* on my hard drive; there were three shortcuts to Notepad and all of them had Shortcut Key=None in the Properties window.
