Joe's List
Falcon's cleanup

Don't know how to fix your problem but I did find this MS site which lists all the Windows XP shortcuts. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q301583 This site tells you how to create a keyboard shortcut: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;310417&sd=tech Can you go to the program you want to open with Alt+Ctrl+5 and delete it's shortcut, click OK then go back in and set it again? Maybe that will fix the problem.

Repair install WinXP Clean install WinXP
