When I schedule chkdsk to run on startup, it doesn't

I have been experiencing problems with my computer, and I keep getting corrupt file warnings in the tray, but whenever I try to schedule chkdsk to run on the next restart, it doesn't even start to run when I restart.

chkdsk starts at every startup (n3mo: Sun, Jan 7, 2007, 7:08 am)
