Okay, I found out wheres my problem using that SequoiaView (Thanks John)

My problem is I have files when I redone my computer I guess the old files where still in there? and the CD I used to restore is'nt the full cd its the one the manufactorer gave and its from Dell and no its not service pack two but I do have service pack two by downloading it..

Now here is the problem to my problem.. the files that where there are in my C:\RECYCLER\ folder and I go there and everything is hidden.. I show the hidden files but I cannot see them and I seen how much space is used in there and it is 2.04GB of hidden files..

So does anyone know how to get these files to view? Or just how to delete them from that program that john recommended...
