I have no real problems either. I have winXP and all my win programs installed on
a large NTFS partition. I have a second partition with system recovery data, two
partitions for Libranet Linux (one reiserFS and one swap), and a FAT32 shared partition
for datafiles (so I can access it from both OSes). I've had no problems that I can
trace to NTFS. I have had some network sharing problems, but I think that's just
winXP being a pain.
