Question about 'Clean up your hard disk'

I have a question about Clean up your hard disk:

I want to erase (reformat) my hard drive. The only problem is that my Windows XP Disk is an upgraded version. Microsoft said to me that I need an older version in order to use it. Is there a website I can go to and download an older operating system??? If anyone knows of any, can you please send me a link??? Anything would be greatly appreciated. thank you
