I have a question about Top reasons for random, fatal crashes in Windows XP and Windows 2000:

Had that problem recently. Random crashes attributed to everything from drivers to sys files. Big 430 w power supply, ram tested ok, temp was in constraints, eliminated USB, audio, etc. Finally doped out it was a problem with BIOS. Seems it had somehow become corrupted. Reflashed and good to go.
