Explorer Crashes on Startup

Everytime i start up the computer i get an error message saying "Windows Explorer has encountered an error and needs to shut down" And i try to restart the program through Task Manager so i can get my desktop and taskbar, but i get the same error message, is there a way i can fix this problem?
