Hi, I've been reading through this thread looking for a solution to the same problem mentioned in the beginning. I thought I saw the answer, I was so hopeful! But it didn't work out. I just tried to change the Windows Installer service to 'start'. It wouldn't let me and gave me an error. "Could not start the Windows Installer Service on Local Computer. Error 5: Access is denied." I'll keep browsing through the replies but any help is appreciated. Thanks again.
