Cannot access IE

Hi
Trying to repair a XP PC.
Downloaded spybot and noadaware, ran these through several times and killed the outputs.

HOwever

Am now unable to get into IE.
Error encountered must shutdown' etc




On the click here it seemed to point at the iexplore.exe file.

Cant get on the net to download anything so anyone any ideas of things I can do??

Having to do this via the phone so any step by step instuctions would be good
