(if NTDLL.DLL, probably a Rtl function) If not, then it is in Notepad.exe. I don't know if MS Word and WordPad .txt files have the same issue, but if they have it, one of the 3 DLLs is "designed" to cause that problem. Ah, GDI32.DLL could be the source, too. Or MSVCRT.DLL and other MS VC/VC++ runtime libraries.
