Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum

I recently started receiving a error message from Smartissue which pops up on my
screen about every five minutes. It says, 'Src: Line: 4 Error: 0 Scode:
80040111. I don't know what to do to get rid of this. Can anyone help me. Thanks.
