Windows XP Powertoys Mozilla Firefox

Everest Home Edition says that Physical Address Extension (PAE) is supported in my Intel Celeron. Is it true? WinXP (Home Edition SP2) is loading the UP no-PAE kernel (system32\ntoskrnl.exe) instead of the UP PAE kernel that was installed by Windows (system32\ntkrnlpa.exe). /PAE loads the UP no-PAE kernel also. How to use PAE if it is supported in my CPU? Should I use it?
