Netscape 7.1- Will Not come On

I have been using Netscape 7.1 for about a year now, and today when I try to get
on, it will not come up. Does anyone know what the problem may be, and how I could
correct it? Netscape 7.1 was the only browser that I could use to get on secure sites.
I have Netscape 8.0, and IE, through SBC, available, but I cannot use either one
of them for secure sites.
