I had numerous problems before: - Device Manager Empty - My Computer took an age to load - My new Logitech Mx510 mouse wasn't fully recognised. I had hunted high and low for solutions to each of these. With that program this registery clueless individual had solved all of them in five minutes. I think I need to go and lie down lol!
