Hey guys, I have a similar problem about the fans. The first months i had my PC (Intel 4 with XP Pro), when I put it in stand by mode, the fans shut down. But recently, the BIOS was reset to default and now the fans keep running in stand by. I did not install any new hardware, did not reinstalled my OS, did not upgraded my OS. Any idea how to configure the BIOS so the fans will shut the hell down? Note: In standby, the CPU does not receive any electricity, therefore, does not need any cooling devices.
