MMC Error message Monday, August 22, 2005 at 5:31 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by firebird (7 messages posted) Hi All, I have problem accessing "device manager" or "Windows services". I get error message type: MMC requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater to be installed. I couldn't get informations about this error messge on the web or on microsoft knowledge base. Anyone has encounter this problem before? I believe that it has to be something to do with IE. Now my IE properties doesn't show that i m using IEv6. Rather it is showing the version as: .xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519. Someone pls help. Thanks.
