Minor Boot Problem - Need Help Please

When I boot my Dell Laptop (Win XP Pro) A window appears that says "Norton Protection:
ATTENTION!" across the top. In the windows it says "Access Denied, drive C:". This
window has an "OK" to click on. When I click "OK" everything seems normal. I have
Norton Utilities 2002 and Norton Antivirus 2003 installed. Please help me get rid
of that window. Thanks
